Cloakr Labs builds shielded payments, swaps and audit tools for Robinhood Chain. We think money on a public ledger should be as private as money in a bank account, and as easy to check as a receipt when someone has a right to see it.
Our mission
Make private payments the normal way to move ETH and USDG on Robinhood Chain, without handing custody to anyone and without losing the ability to prove what happened.
The problem
Transparency by default has a cost.
Robinhood Chain puts tokenized stocks, stablecoins and ETH on one fast public ledger. That openness is what makes it trustworthy, and it is also why every salary, invoice and position is indexed the moment it settles.
Businesses end up choosing between paying on chain in full view and routing money through custodians to keep it quiet. Neither should be necessary. Zero-knowledge proofs let the chain verify a payment without learning who sent it or how much it was.
How we build
What we will not trade away.
Private unless you share
Balances and payments stay inside the shielded pool. The only way to see them is a viewing key that you decide to hand out.
Checkable by anyone
Every spend carries a Groth16 proof that the pool contract checks itself. The circuit, verifier and contracts are public, so you never have to take our word for it.
Your keys, your exit
Keys are derived in your browser and funds sit in the pool contracts. Withdrawals cannot be frozen; the admin can only pause new deposits.

One shielded pool. Three ways in.
The app, the SDK and the relayer all talk to the same pools on Robinhood Chain, so a note shielded in one place can be spent from any of them.

Shield, send, swap and withdraw ETH and USDG from your browser at cloakr.tech/privacy. Proofs are made on your device.
Cloakr SDK
One ES module for wallets, apps and payment tools. It handles keys, proofs, note scanning and relayer quotes. Start with the SDK guide.
Relayer
Submits finished proofs so users never pay gas or appear as the sender. Its fee is taken from the amount and shown before you confirm.

Every part that touches your money can be checked.
- A Groth16 circuit with two inputs and two outputs over a Poseidon Merkle tree of depth 20
- A trusted setup built on the PSE perpetual powers of tau, with a Cloakr phase 2 closed by a public beacon
- Open contracts for the pools, the verifier, the address registry and in-pool swaps
- One note protocol shared by the app, the SDK and the relayer
Where we are
Cloakr is early mainnet software. The contracts and circuits have not completed an independent audit yet, so start with amounts you are comfortable with and grow from there.
